Pleasant walk around the Coire, cloud inversion over Loch Arkaig, and over Loch Linnhe. Great views. On descent meet a fair few coming up, glad I got there early. Company: Soloiandesbottes12/11/2023

Loop from Inverskilavulin en route Stront to Ed. Lovely autumn colours. Cold start but sunny and still. Stiffish cold breeze and clag on top - only glimpses of views. My 100th Corbett. Rounsfell25/10/2023

Clockwise route following Walk Highland example from Glen Loy. Solo. NB. Bracken extravaganza on the bottom bit of the way down!! Not able to see feet on path! Above head height. Walking pole needed for bracken thwacking. I hate bracken...DampandDusty01/07/2023
Solo from small car park in Glen Loy by Inverskilavulin Bridge. Took track towards the estate lodge, then headed up grassy track leading to a faint path through the bracken then rough grassy terrain up to the ridge. Tapped the cairn on the West top and the traversed the wide ridge east to the final pull up to the corbett summit. Took some photos then headed down the south shoulder, eventually linking with a path down through the brack to rejoin the grassy track used on the walk-in earlier. Very warm day and the midges were on me if stopping more than 20 seconds - breeze on summit gave some relief on both counts. Total time 2h 59min.mproudfoot10/06/2023

Started from parking on southside of Inverskilavulin Bridge. Clockwise circuit taking in West top and summit. Enroute to SMMC meet at Invergarry.clashcityrocker25/04/2023
Misty on tops, chilly and dam. Had a glimpse of a partial inversion down towards Arkaig which was the highlight. Enjoyed the pleasant flat ridge along the top following the fence posts.TamCollie16/04/2023

From Inverskilavulin Bridge to south. Just before buildings at Inverskilavulin, sharp left. Shingle then atv to end of fence with open access badge. Sharp right to unmapped FB NN 1251 8360. Good path (maybe deer trod) through bracken to fence corner NN 129 841 after which path feint at bestcarole engel03/07/2022

Ignore google maps, there's now lots of parking near the bridge. Steep initial climb, then a nice horse shoe ridge walk. Not much way of paths.Jhimmy28/04/2022

With Frances. We drove up Glen Loy and parked across the road from Inverskilavulin Lodges - there was plenty space. Our route was a clockwise high level circuit of Coire Mhuilinn. The climb to the first cairn was hard work as I was recovering from a cold and had not taken much exercise since Lindisfarne. Although we had views on way up, we were in cloud with a cold wind along the top. Old fashioned compass work required to navigate off the summit - powerbank had drained. Did not pick up the path on descent until well down the hill. Good views of Loch Linnhe and up Glen Loy from lower altitude. Briefly caught a sight of an eagle. Corbett no 122 - 100 to go.langskill13/10/2021

Along with Tony and Charles, getting rather soaked on the way back from this very impressive Great Glen hill top.Alex C19/09/2021
From good parking south of the Inverskilavulin new bridge. Directed west of the estate path the path disappears but easy enough, although steep to the cairn. Pleasant summit walk to the high point. Descended into the corrie and then picked up the original route up. With CM.bolton18/09/2021

Solo with Rosie by alternate SMC guidebook route. Decided to ascend from B80004 as rivers in raging spate yesterday. Low cloud from 500m but dry. Straightforward ascent and descent apart from the brash at the roadside.alexmaclennan05/08/2020
