From Sithean Mor. Descended north east, easily over the burn to the fence posts, followed them all the way except for minor diversions to bag the summits of Sgurr Nighean Mhic Choinich and the west top of Beinn nan Cabar. Deer seemingly lurking behind every crest. With BB.Owen B16/02/2024

Good parking just before bridge/path up Glen Beasdale, just after railway crossing road. Followed path up Bealach a’Mhàma then over rugged rocky terrain. Diagonal grassy line right to left given access to summits area. Onto Sithean Mor over false ridges. Very similar to loftier neighbours of Knoydart.N.Morters15/05/2021
A lovely walk up to the E end of Loch Mama on the path from Glen Mama farm. Up the E side of the Allt an Fhithich, on the sloping shelf above the river, short heather, then steep grass, might be bracken in summer, then less steep but rougher to the bealach W of Beinn nan Cabar and to the summit. Easy peasy so far. The descent is very rough and the fence posts may have been installed by lemmings, so ignore them and take the least steep options. Zero enthusiasm for more of the same to the next Marilyn on a ridiculously cold and windy day for May, so back down to Gleann Mama from Lochan an Eas Bhain. Lovely smooth easy ground, dodging between pt 330 and 300 and joining the rounded ridge from pt 330 part way down, heading E to the river towards the bottom to avoid a crag.Gill05/05/2021
From Gleann Mama with Pauli and Nieves. Mostly sunny, great visibility, quite breezey, windchill. Rounsfell28/05/2019

Sgurr Thuilm - Sgurr nan Coireachan - An Stac - Druim a Chuirn - Meith Bheinn - Creag Bhån - Beinn nan Cabar. From Creag Bhan contouring to west of Cruach Thoraraidh and South of Lochan an Eas Bhain. Lovely views down Gleann Mama. Returned same way then out to A830 at ArieniskillClive G03/05/2019

Up a very waterlogged Glen Bleasdale. Complex navigating in thick mist. Final steep pul up to west top. Tougher than anticipated. 5.75 hours.Campbell Singer21/10/2018

Ascent from Gleann Màma - steep and wild, progress aided by very dry conditions. Great views.fasgadh28/05/2016
Glen Beasdale approach. A nice old track up the glen, then onto more compicated ground to Beinn nan Cabar first then across to Sithean Mor. Howling northerly gale and snow showers made it a bit of a struggle at times. Sure the views must be great.jenx25/04/2016
Used the old track up Glen Beasdale. Complex ground at the col with neighbouring Marilyn Sithean Mor. Snow showwrs in late April with cold winds. Spells of clear sunshine too gave fine views.nordicstar25/04/2016
Climbed East face after bagging Creag Bhan. Rusty old fence line takes you all the way to the summit cairn. If you head down the big obvious south coire back into Glen Mama, its east flank is far easier to descend, the west side of this coire is bracken filled and very steep.Columba27/07/2013
Parked by gate in deer fence on A 830. On a path by a steam, crossed twice, through trees and up on deer grass moorland to Loch Mama. Clamber uphill at the end of the loch on steep rough deer grass slopes. Avoiding bracken patches where possible continuing uphill on grass runs still very steep. Solitary deer on horizon. Top at 12.20. Large cairn of substantial stones. S na Ciche, Nevis, Hiant, B More (Mull), Cuillin, B na Caillich, Lochs Nevis and Morar. Delightful.arranc25/07/2011
