Walk from Balloch to jetty for Inchmurrin Hotel at Burnfoot near Arden roundabout. £5 return ferry trip bookable by phoning Inchmurrin Hotel. Straightforward walk to summit along farm tracks along spine with wonderful views. Enjoy the hotel for a drink/good food apres marche. Final Dumbartonshire TuMP.Thearlaichdubh06/07/2018

Arranged for the ferry (£5) to take us over for lunch, which was delicious. Then walked up quad bike track to summit. Best to ring ahead to check ferry and restaurant are operating before you go.Minto11/09/2017
Self-drive boat from Rowardennan, with Rob Woodall et al. Final of 12 islands. From Creinch; landing on pleasant beach at NE point of island. Good path, if a little muddy, direct to pleasant grassy top giving excellent views N up the loch and to surrounding hills.jonglew03/06/2017

Guest of the Scottish outdoor Naturist club on an open weekend. Ferried across on their hired boat from East Side Rowardennan Road. After visiting the summit, clothed, been playing naked Scrabble, watching naked darts and naked nattering in the sauna!!vegibagger24/05/2015
