A quick bag from the road visited both areas. | robertphillips | 22/07/2023 |
Pretty sure SW summit is highest. Can see the sea behind the E summit so that's lower. Could almost see down to shore level beyond the NE summit too, and looking back from the NE summit, the sightline to the SW summit is clearly upwards. Last minute decision to come to Lismore, via passenger ferry at N end as too late for early Oban ferry and Calmac booking system barely functional while new system beds down. 2hr road walk, thought of bike hire but it would complicated my 2 tumps on the north, and it's an easy, pretty walk. Sgeanach, Moralachd and Glas Dhruim on way back, 28km | RHW | 22/05/2023 |
From the road - after Barr Mor. Trod on all the lumps (on each side of the road) but wouldn't dispute the HP as recorded. | summitsup | 04/10/2022 |

Parked next to barn. Easy walk up but descent to the west was not straightforward. | Campbell Singer | 11/05/2022 |
Easy add on to a ride to Rubha Fiart. Good limestone scenery | fasgadh | 06/07/2021 |
Return visit to record summit GR. Road up from ferry slip to B8045 and leftwards to past Kilcheran. Up leftwards over grass to alternative summit and back to road, then along a bit farther and up rightwards on faint path through bracken to grassy summit area with miniature thistles (small but very prickly). Two tops as noted in 2016. Hazy sunshine, very warm. Extensive panorama across Lynn of Lorn towards mainland. Down south-westwards to road and back to ferry. | mainnirnamfiadh | 15/08/2020 |
Cycling down the island so an easy one to bag. | Walker Dan | 15/05/2019 |
From end of the minor rd at SW end of the island. Quick nip up onto the top across to Barr Mir. | jonglew | 30/10/2018 |
An easy descent from Barr Mor. | NormanW | 25/07/2018 |
Debs and Talisker, 5 minute up and down from road enroute to ferry | Mountain Goat | 23/06/2018 |
Unworthy hummock by road with nearby hummocks ( visited) of similar but probably lower height. No cairn; HP is outcropping limestone rib. Within rough sheep and cow pasture. Murky wet weather. Parking awkward on narrow unfenced road with muddy edges. | Denise | 23/04/2018 |
Almost a drive by... | nordicstar | 16/04/2018 |
Down the road from Achnacroish ferry slip. Lovely walk - 2 cars in the hour it took. Lovely sunny day. Straight across to Barr Mor | Thearlaichdubh | 01/05/2017 |
A brief and simple diversion from the Kilcheran road after coming down from Bàrr Mòr. There are two tops: the one farther from the road is higher. An additional Tump for very little additional effort! | mainnirnamfiadh | 18/03/2016 |
