Great road for cycling along although very hilly. Preferred the downhill, downwind bits. I was informed at the cafe by the owner, “We’re closed. Mondays and Tuesdays.” No argument. I returned on Wednesday evening for fish and chips. It was packed. You have to book. Easy hill with good views. North top is marginally the top. | Campbell Singer | 18/06/2018 |
Hill planted for mixed woodland in 2016. Cafe shut. | jimbloomer | 17/03/2017 |
Too wet and windy for the bigger tops for us so this tick (a short tussock fight from the Inverguseran track) justified a visit to the extraordinary enterprise that is the Road's End Café at Airor. | summitsup | 08/09/2016 |
