Climbed under the impression it was a Munro! Still a good walk round from Moriusg. The stalkers' path on the descent is unpleasantly wet underfoot.Rob Rees11/07/2021
Solo clockwise circuit starting with the munro Moruisg. Dry but claggy for most of the morning - total time was 4h 43m.mproudfoot02/11/2020
Waited in the bunkhouse at Ledgowan for it to stop raining - it didn't! Set off from Glencarron, up a very wet slope and then on to Sgurr nan Ceannaichan, before descending to the sound of rutting deer to Glencarron.jigglybones27/10/2020

From Beinn Tharsuinn, via Bealach Bhearnais. Across the Pollan Buidhe, then up the ziggiest-zaggiest path I know, much better than going straight up. Last 200m of ascent no path. West from the summit until easier going north then west around Creag an Ardaich back to the track, then back to Craig.Owen B08/07/2018
Meall an Fhliuchaird and Sgurr nan Ceannaichean from Craig. Simple walk to summit of Meallan Fhliuchaird, descent to col, then ascent of Sgurr nan Ceannaichean NW ridge (quite nice route), descent using stalkers path to Pollan Buidhe. Good views to Coulin Forest.RobertP03/07/2017
Moruisg + Sgurr nan Ceannaichean. Usual route, starting from layby on A890. Very wet underfoot. Broken cloud at top so views were not brilliant. Totally clear by the time I got back to car (typical). Nice walk though!tsharp21/04/2017

6th – Solo. From Craig, follow the track along the Allt a Chonais, ascend S flank to summit and follow ridge round to Munro, descent down NW flank of Moruisg (as no longer had a map). Completed while it was still classified as a Munro as part of the walk including Moruisg. Snow above 750m, strong winds and light snow showers. The strong winds led to the added excitement of losing my only copy of the map on the summit plateau – leading to the most expensive map I have ever bought.RGibbs06/02/2011

After cycling in from Craig we did this then munro and Martin was so knackered from the cycling he crawled to this peak in the rain. Later it was declared a corbett much to his chagrin. Pleasant ridge walk from Moruisg. We enjoyed the descent, too- N ridge, fine corrie and a good path by the burn by recovering woodland. The last 300m were messy as the path disappeared into a bog. This may have changed- I'd guess more regeneration with deer fences to protect- get up to date info!pwheeler21/05/2006

Wandered up some years before it got measured to the last nanometre & demoted to Corbett status. Had crawled on to the summit of Moruisg on Hogmanay 1998 to avoid being blown off by the wind & had intended to continue here - no chance. So, with Shaky & Smithy, back on a much more benign day during a week at Gairloch. Started at Craig & walked round the back of the hill ascending by the rather vague stalkers path on S slopes.NotReallyABagger05/05/2002

With a friend. We went to where a non-existent car park is marked on map on road below Moruisg. Started at NH081521 and crossed the river and railway originally to reach Sgùrr nan Ceannaichean first. However, we were a little imprecise in navigation and took some compass bearings to establish our location. We were near the cliff which is marked on the map WNW of the summit of Moruisg so we climbed that first taking in some steep ground as practice. We proceeded to Sgùrr nan Ceannaichean before continuing to Maoile Lunndaidh.pwbellarby26/06/1993

Alone. I ascended Moruisg via rightmost of two prominent gullies – one or two tricky bits. Moruisg summit reached (There are 4 cairns! Two well build ones are not at the highest point.). I went on to Sgurr nan Ceannaichean (2 cairns – medium sized one and a smaller one, which is probably at the highest point). There was no rain in spite of much rain in the morning.
