With Shaky from Craig on the way to Lurg Mhor & Cheesecake. The usual way up to Bealach Bhearnais, over Beinn Tharsuinn & then the Munros. Returned to the col between Lurg Mhor & Cheesecake & then dropped N skirting Tharsuinn's SE spur to follow the glen back up to the Bealach Bhearnais which was surprisingly easy going underfoot. Back started stiffening up badly later on - the start of a 7 month battle with sciatica which laid me out for the rest of the trip. Yuk.NotReallyABagger07/05/2002
