Solo. I planned to cross the river near Achnashellach, thinking to make a circuit to include Sgùrr na Feartaig. However, I found the bridge, marked on OS 1:50,000 map over River Carron, was not there any more! (GR011482). Instead I walked from Craig, crossing LC and following track through forest on NE side of Allt a’ Chonais. Used a good stalker’s path which passes near summit of Sgùrr na Fertaig and then to summit. The cairn is quite large, on a pile of boulders. Returned same way.pwbellarby11/06/1994
