A nice easy walk up a fine Graham, unusually it's a WYSIWYG all the way. From parking by Inverchoran (there is nowhere else), along the road, easy angled track up to the bealach then a nice walk up the SW spur, steep, mainly friendly vegetables except near the exit to the main ridge. Very pleasant, easy walk along the summit ridge; the old fence shows the best way through the hags below the summit but don't trip on the old fence wire. Shame the mist came down, but good all the same.Gill11/11/2021
With John. Cold but dry. Saw a stag on way up, and a caterpillar. Stunning views to Corbetts opposite that we’d gone up on Weds, and to Liathach, Ben eighe, the Strathfarrar Munros and snow capped hills above Loch mullardoch. Veryhappybunny02/10/2021
From the junction at Inverchoran, taking the track to the col, visiting the two rocky tops of Creag Iucharaidh beyond the radio equipment and then puffing up the steep SW ridge of Meall na Faochaig to its summit and the cairned top to the east.Nick Down103/09/2021

Parked at 263509. Directly up on deer tracks under Creag Iuchairaidh, across Allt Mhic Fannain, up to ridge then west to summit. Back via south ridge, stalker's path and road.Winterfloodian29/10/2020

Parked at the start of the track to Inverchoran 261508. Walked 500m up road to stalkers path which is easy to spot. Good track up to 380m just below little 388m summit. Followed South West ridge up to main ridge line then follow fence posts to summit. 1hr 32 walking time to summit and that wasn't done quickly against strong winds. Very windy and very prolonged showers so descended largely the same route. Round trip 7km 2hrs 35mins walking time.JulieB28/07/2020

Nipped up here after checking on some work instrumentation installed nearby. Parked near bridge like others then walked along road to stalker’s path, up path to Tump with TV aerial then ascended up ridge. Nice views from summit.assynt_bob20/04/2019

From Inverchoran, nice path up to 330 metres. Then up ridge leading to main west ridge, looks easy but ground underfoot is uneven and uncomfortable.Topographer5715/08/2016

Parked at bridge to Inverchoran. Back up road and used the old track to gain height before using the S ridge to gain the summit. Nice and quick on a gloomy day.nordicstar18/07/2016

From Inverchoran on a really sweltering day (so unseasonal). Plagued by midges and other nasty flying things due to there being not a breath of wind to keep them away. Great views though were still to be enjoyed especially to the north where Liathach stood proudly against the blue sky.thenomad01/10/2015

During a New Year week at Beauly. On a gloomy & murky day with J, Martin66 & Shaky up the track near Inverchoran until it petered out. Ground above looked easy-ish but turned into a bit of a slog. No view at the top. Quick descent by the same route.NotReallyABagger04/01/2013

Parked at Inverchoran. Along road, easily up zig zag unused track through heather to a TV aerial. 800' slog over deer grass and tussock to an old fence line on the ridge and to top. 11.50. Golden plovers sounding off their key discordant interval song.arranc30/06/2006
