Up from SE to trig then topdave g24/05/2023
Parked at the shed as per previous logs. Through gate in the deer fence and then straight up following the fence, eventually veering slightly East before heading west to the trig point. Beeline to West Top, then down to Loch Anna and Loch Ainm na Gaibhre and then to Beinn Conchra summit, before heading back to the trigpoint and down. Pathless fun with Ruadh my four legged friend.quadbarrel13/04/2023
Straight up from barn to trig with heavy sac for overnight trip to Attadale Station. Hard going ascending and on to Marilyn and beyond.lordtonult06/06/2022
A brief note about a possible alternative route. When on Beinn a' Mheadain today, I spotted a track running up the Allt nan Sugh, which might make a better start for Beinn Conchra. You can see the track on satellite view in Google maps too. I don't feel any urge to repeat this hill and try the route, but maybe some brave bagger would consider trying it? It's likely to be an improvement on the route from the shed.Gill223/05/2022
Top tips: don't do this hill by this route when the vegetables are long or wet weather. From the cattle shed, through the gate and into a hell hole of failed forestry. Part of the ground has been trenched, some has had holes dug for trees and then it has been abandoned. Result: monstrous vegetables have taken over making it hard to dodge the holes. Worst low down, then you can dodge onto decent ground for the steep climb to the upper gate. Ground is better above with animal tracks but badly poached by cattle, lots of holes. Along the fence, up the further of the streams, short steep climb to gain a broad gully with lush vegetables, then short heather rib to the top. Thick mist and rain. Horrible.Gill24/09/2021
Parked at cattle shed. Back 50M and through gate in lower deer fence and directly up and over gate in upper deer fence. Drifted right to pick the less bad ground and came up to ridge half way between trig and summit. Excellent views from summit. Up 50 mins, trip 90 minsCoinneach18/10/2020
From road just east of Conchra parking at the cattle shed. Up mostly grassy slope between heather and bracken. Nice cone summit and views to Skye, Applecross and Torridon.N.Morters30/12/2019

From barn via trig point to summit.Steep in places.NormanW08/08/2018
Parked at jetty near Conchra House - Followed road to Metal Barn - Up field boundary then NE towards summit - no paths here. Summit of Beinn Conchra then Trig then followed Allt-Na-Ceadach down then back to metal barn. Farmers lament these fields will soon be under forestry.briandavies30/04/2018

Via Gleann Udalain, Creag Mhor and two tumps. Ground soft and uneven and covered by long grass and heather. If I had my time again I would tackle separately from the SE.Topographer5707/10/2016
A 7.5-mile lollipop-shaped route over Beinn Conchra and Creag Mhor from the parking area just up the forest track in Gleann Udalain. Hard going! Route and write-up at: http://gayleybird.blogspot.co.uk/2016/05/creag-mhor-and-beinn-conchra.htmlGayle11/05/2016
Up from the barn. Beautiful sun and warm. Bracken would be a nuisance other times of the year.jenx15/02/2016
Beside the fank wall next to metal barn by roadside at GR 892279. With Jenx, direct ascent zig zagging the steep slopes. Best when no bracken. Leads to trig top then onto main summit. Back down direct towards road then diagonal to barn when in sight.nordicstar15/02/2016
parked at barn at 893279 and straight up damp vegetation veering NE higher up. Fine views into Dornie.Thearlaichdubh15/08/2015

Stiff climb straight from Conchra. Lovely day with great views. Did wonder if people in Dornie watch baggers like at Chamonix.Martin R12/02/2012
Very cold day. Ascent from west. Fine viewfasgadh30/12/2008
Parked just before Conchra guest house. Past entrance around the back to start of path past water tank to a step stile in deer fence. Green runs through 4' dying bracken uphill and to the right. Very steep. Heather patches and wet areas near streamlets unavoidable. Column in view on horizon. Across rough ground through heather and swamp to column 9765 at 13.10. Eilean Donan and Eigg. Left pack. Down over wet patches to a final stony scramble to top at 13.30, 500m from column. Loch Long, Mheadhoin, Airgid, Loch Duich, Saddle, Chuirn, Sgritheall, Loch Alsh, G Bheinn, Aslak, Coinnich, Caillich, B Bhan, Loch Carron and many peaks N to Torridon and E to Farrar and Afric.arranc08/09/2008
