From S, parked in triangle in road junction NH 6904 5395 as suggested by a local. HP on raspberry covered manmade mound 1m high at back of disused water tank. Natural HP likely at adjacent fenceline; 99m spot in pasture a bit lower. Arable field near fence junction passed en route possibly as high. Descended field edges W to small airstrip, then along road for Ord Hill | RHW | 25/09/2023 |
Parked at NH690539 road junction. Otherwise plentiful No Parking notices. Followed road to triangular field east of summit woodland, then followed track through woods to summit of Ord Hill. Returned to 82m spot height near Bennetsfield and walked up private airstrip then short strip of woodland to top of Tourie Hill. Back to Bennetsfield, then road to parking area. | willyross | 23/06/2023 |

Nearest parking I found was road triangle at 690539, big space. Crops planted, so detour from further west. Last one today, now raining. | iangalbraith | 08/06/2022 |
Parked to the WSW of the summit beside the entrance to the makeshift runway. Room for one car - just. Followed the grass runway almost to the Tump top, with only one fence to cross. Remarkably good views from this humble elevation. With Nozzer. | BigJ | 17/01/2022 |

Scooby Dubh, 51 years on.... Whatever happened to them? Well the Mystery Machine is rotting, windows smashed in near the top of this hill. It was stubble time, so an easy ascent up the field from Drum. | fasgadh | 25/10/2020 |
5 of 6: From Wood Hill. Back to car parked at 690539. East down the road to No Parking Jn. Up the lane to just before Kite Cottage. Thro gate and across field and far fence. Got a slightly higher reading just west of water tank. | ChrisR | 05/04/2019 |
From Drum. No crop in the field so a direct route. Gorse and broom at the top. | jonglew | 22/12/2018 |
Overgrown scrubby reservoir over fence accessible via pleasant grassy field from gate at the final bend before Kite View Cottage. | ajwxyzt | 11/03/2018 |
