With John from the Beinn Bar. Good path most of the way, especially up through the forest. Poor visibility above 800m mean we got some good views on the ascent/descent but nothing but clag on the summit. Nice wee corbett route though - total time 3h 57min.mproudfoot27/08/2023

Parked by the road bridge to the N (space for a couple of cars) above the Torridon hotel. Followed well made path, although somewhat eroded just below the col onto the main ridge. Lunch on Spidean Toll nam Biast, waiting for the final cloud to lift on Beinn Damh, then onto Creagan Dubh Toll nam Biast, Meall Gorm and Sgurr na Bana Mhoraire. From the latter saw Arthur and Gill's boat moored in the loch near Inveralligin. Hot and great views all round after lunch. With Jim.richard6906/06/2023
Ben Damh route from standard start by Loch Torridon (bridge near hotel). Followed path to bealach in ridge and then surprisingly obvious path to climb Meall Gorm and Sgurr na Bana-Mhoraire (camped close to summit, excellent views and sunset). Returned to beallach and climbed Creagan Dubh Toll nam Biast and Spidean Toll nam Biast before Ben Damh. Return along ridge and path. Outstanding bright clear conditions, although icy gusty wind on the tops.RobertP19/04/2023

Second ascent to celebrate Oliver's Corbett completion.NormanW24/09/2022
A great day to celebrate Oliver Bartrams last Corbett and the Munro Societys 20th anniversary. Around 30 ascended with a 13.00 hour meet at the top for Champagne. Cloud cleared, great views, great company. Also my 100th Corbett.bolton24/09/2022
Mass assault by Munro Society members to celebrate Oliver Bartrum’s completion of the Corbetts. Great (liquid) celebrations on the summit in glorious weather but a sudden drop in temperature after an hour chased us down.Kiltie24/09/2022

A poor weather forecast but it looked fine in the morning. The forecast was right but I persevered. From Torridon Hotel up usual path past the fine waterfall. Part way up path broke off right across ountry direct to Sgurr na Bana-Mhoraire getting there just after the cloud closed in - no view. then along ridge over Meal Gorm, diverted north to Creagan Dubh Toll nam Biast and back on to path to Beinn Damph main summit. Radio ham guy here doing whatever it is they do. Had problems finding my way off in the cloud so returned th way I had come in on the well cairned pathdickscroop15/09/2021
2/2 Amazing inversion on a round with Beinn na h-Eaglaise from parking place near Torridon Inn. Both summits above inversion, although by the time I was on Damh, Eaglaise was under the cloud. Cloud from about 800m up by that stage. Time includes c1hr lying in sun at summits. Rounsfell28/08/2021

Standard route up and down. Good path and in the cloud I appreciated the closely spaced line of small cairns nearing the top through the stony section.Owen B11/07/2018
Started out with Colin but did different routes after losing the path. I went up Stuc Toll nam Biast for a great scramble. Another memorable day.iansm27/05/2018
66th – Solo. From Loch Torridon Hotel as an out and back, pick up path through wood above Allt Coire Roill before breaking SW to col on Beinn Damh, ascend to spot height and further round to summit. Dry, clear day with light breeze, any cloud above tops.RGibbs26/09/2017

A great hill on a very wet day.Alan19/05/2016
A good walk in with fine weather. Quick tea break on the col followed by a pleasant walk to the summit where an impromptu snow shower proved a good photo opportunity. A scramble down the ridge to Toll Ban made a welcome change.jprstoney22/04/2016

Somehow seemed an easy ascent. Was going to descend NE ridge, but didn't like the look of it, so returned same way.ngthack06/07/2015
With J & Shaky during a Strathcarron week. From the Torridon Hotel on a hot, sunny afternoon, followed the path along the spine of the hill for a fine viewpoint. Back by the same route for a pint in the hotel.NotReallyABagger26/06/2014
