Logged Descriptions  (logged by 18 users)ByDate of Ascent
Roadside parking by 'stepping stones'. Crossed the river - shallow. Crossed the tidal strand couple of hours after low tide. Narrow track leads to summit.jonglew25/05/2019
Kayak, after Eilean mor, though could have easily walked across causeway.AndyS19/05/2019
Accessed and nipped up this summit about 2.5 hours after low tide. Windy day and got whacked with a hail storm during my ascent. Solo.assynt_bob22/03/2019
RIB trip from Lochinver to bag 4 islands Soyea Island, Eilean Mor, Rubha a'Bhrocaire and A'Chleit.Dugswell222/06/2016
Revisit, Seascape RIB. Connecting shingle beach just covered close to high near-spring tide, 4.40m at Ullapool (chart datum) suggests saddle c2m.RHW22/06/2016

From ESE, boulder hop across tatty little dam, round coast with 2 tents exploiting a stunning wild campsite, across short bouldery beach then path thru scrub and heather (many ticks) to summit a few m beyond cairn. Lowish tide - col so high it may need a high spring tide to cover it.RHW29/05/2016
With SG before high tide from tight parking near weir. Area is evidently used for camping.Smudge12/04/2015
With Smudge. Great views.SteveG12/04/2015
Probably accessible on foot for 80% of time. A gem with path, fine cairn and super view.jimbloomer09/05/2014
