long walk in via Loch a Bhraoin. A great way up onto east ridge via gap in crags, and easy walking to the top. Not so easy continuing Mullach CMF. But we found a way through. Probably easier approaching from the NW. Continued onto MT and Munro. Descent back into corrie from the bealach and long walk out in dark from bothy. With B and R.jenx02/12/2022

Round 2 with the Fisherfield Round. A mouse-y night in Shenavall with Smithy on the floor & an early start. Skipped Beinn a'Chlaidheimh (ascended the previous summer) & approached Sgurr Ban from the E which quickly turned into the equivalent of being baked in an oven as the sun reflected off the white rock. Continued over the peaks & tops. Smithy baled out at col below A'Mhaighdean & walked down the corrie. I continued over A'Mhaighdeam & Ruadh Stac Mor but failed to get a proper view due to the cloud now drifting around. Dropped down into the corrie slowly catching Smithy on the other side of the river. Boots off & forded the river, joined Smithy & we picked up the remaining gear from Shenavall, walked out to Dundonnell & drove back to Ullapool for beer & medals...NotReallyABagger06/06/2002

An epic day south from Shenavall in a clockwise direction taking in 6 munro's and 2 tops with GB.bolton04/04/1988
Alone. I departed from the Dundonnell road, going via Loch a’ Braoin to Sgurr Dubh, finding a way up the NE corner of Tom an Fhiodha. I reached the East Top of Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair and then the main top. The descent was just to the north of the East Top, descending more or less east to meet the path from Loch an Nid. It was dry, warm and clear. Sgurr Dubh and the East Top of Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair have recently been promoted to being Munro Tops. I had hoped that I would be able to complete all the Munro Tops by the time I made the ascent of Slioch, my final Munro, on 01/08/1987 so I did not make it then, but have now completed all the Munro Tops.pwbellarby10/08/1987
