From the hostel, north on road to the ford. Carn Loch Fada and Carnan Mora first, then across to here, and on to Meall na h-Iolaire and return to the ford keeping more SE of the outward track. Tougher walk than expected due to roughness of the ground. Probably around 13km.jonglew12/09/2022
4/7 on a cycle round the north of the Island from Arinagour. Left bikes at the wire fence then quick nip up to Clachard, then along to visit burial Ground on beach, admire daffodil field, then quick nip up A Chroic from road, then on to end of road, for epic walk along from Sorisdale over Meall na h-lolaire, Meall nan Uan and Carnan Mora, and back to bikes - not as bad as expected but quite draining. Then found reserves of energy to pick off Beart an Fhir from small field just near the 'dual carriageway' on the road, pleasant climb through the rocks, and then from the bridge by beach up to Creag nan Clamhan (I found the nasty gully, very scratchy - avoid as advised). A day of variety, and great views, but some rough walking. Needed the local gin!nickywood122/04/2022
Pleasant walk from Meall na h-iolaire, keeping to the coastal side of the loch.LizH23/08/2019
After Meall na h-Iolaire. Path along east side of Loch Airigh Raonuill, briefly left to look down Sloc na Gamhna, then up to summit. Still dull, but drying up. Down towards Càrnan Mòra.mainnirnamfiadh15/06/2016
