Parked in layby near the East end of Loch a Bhraoin on A832. Followed estate track south ( with unmapped forest section) to bridge over loch outflow. I missed the ATV track to bridge after c 25 m ( wooden post) , so forded Allt Breabag easily on boulders. Steep heathery pathless ascent east up to Meall a Chrasgaidh, ( with cairn) keeping south of mapped craggy sections. The final km is much leveler and easier . I headed south to col then east to Carn na Criche, cairn, easy ascent. Returned to grassy col. Headed south up to Sgurr nan Clach Geala on good path with views of the impressive eastern cliffs. . Sad half destroyed trig and cairn on top. Easy descent of path south, down to Cadha na Guite. Straightforward path up to Sgurr nan Each with Cairn and steep drops east. Return to Cadha na Guite . A cairn marks beginning of unmapped descent path to col. Then good valley path north back - boulder hopping fords, as mapped. Solo. On grey day.Denise 17/09/2023

63 - Big day doing the 5 Western Fannichs from the usual layby on A832. 2 tops done for good measure. ascent is soon over, then long descent to WNW on mainly grassy slopes. Steep in sections, but not too bad, and soon lands you back on the stalkers path. 8hrs 20 mins, car to carhuwthomas01/08/2023
Parked at usual start point for Western Fanniichs. Headed up A Chailleach along bypass path for Toman Coinnich. Retraced steps the up Toman Coinnich and on to Sgurr Breac. Then lost a lot of height to then climb up Sgurr nan Each and Sgurr nan Clach Geala. Then ou to the top of Carn na Criche and on to final Munro of Meall a Chrasgaidh. Lost the path on the descent ended up above some small crags so had to take care but got back down to main path and then car. Time taken 8hours 50 minutes including stops for 16.25 miles and 5708 feet of ascent. Warm and sunny all day. Super day.isabelle08/06/2023

My third time up this one! Parking area to NE of Loch a Bhraoin west of bend in A832. River crossing east this time, then straight up grassy slopes to the summit cairn. Good views. With Jill Robertson.Dangerous Dave29/04/2023

From Loch Droma (A835) via Loch a' Mhadaidh. Hills climbed were Munros Meall a' Chrasgaidh, Sgurr Mor & Beinn Liath Mhor Fannaich. Walk included Carn na Criche (Top). Bright sunny day.knarf10/07/2022
Loch a' Bhraoin layby - horrible steep climb to Meall a' Chrasgaidh - Sgurr nan Clach Geala - Sgurr nan Each - slanting traverse to 550m bealach - back down glen to Loch a' Bhraoin. With FJ.Mark Jackson16/06/2022
From parking on A832 above Loch a' Bhraoin: A' Chailleach, Toman Coinich, Sgùrr Breac, Sgùrr nan Each, Sgùrr nan Clach Geala and Meall a'Chrasgaidh. Absolutely glorious weather. As mproudfoot- Sgurr Breac & A'Chailleach and the three munros on the Sgurr nan Clach Geala ridge, linked up via a hefty drop and re-ascent between Sgurr Breac and Sgurr Nan, but took tricky traverse route round the side of Toman to the bealach.Lazylizzie04/06/2022

Log re-ascent of Sgurr Mor (third time today) before descent and final short but steepish climb to this summit - best views of hills to north from here. Then descended steep grassy hillside to regain path by Allt Breabaig crossing (this might be tricky after a lot of rain)wychwood16/05/2021

Parking on the A832 west of the Braemore Junction near to Ullapool. I hiked down to Loch a’ Bhraoin then up the initially boggy slope to the first Munro of Meall a’ Chrasgaidh (934m). From here there was a sharp descent and moderate climb to reach the Munro Top of Carn na Criche (961m). The ascent up to the second Munro of Sgurr nan Clach Geala (1093m), looked brutal, but once your onto the ridge away from the boulder field, it was quite pleasant, then another big drop and short ascend to the third Munro of Sgurr nan Each (923m). Returning via the stalkers path alongside the Allt Breabaig. Dry but cool all day, seen some icicles on top of Sgurr nan Clach Geala, 08:20hrs all in. The views of Slioch and An Teallach were amazing, also just the rolling mountain ridges to the south, one after another.chillyman827/09/2020
Another big day in the Fannichs! Although often done as two separate days, Sgurr Breac & A'Chailleach and the three munros on the Sgurr nan Clach Geala ridge, can be linked up via a hefty drop and re-ascent between Sgurr Breac and Sgurr Nan Each. And so, on my own this week due to the usual suspects all being otherwise engaged, that's what's I decided to do. A strange day with the first two munros covered in clouds, but later on it cleared to blue skies and sun, albeit with near freezing temp wind chill. So 5 more munros ticked over 15.5 miles, with over 1900m/6260ft of ascent - job done, albeit with multiple blisters, and back to crabbing down the stairs like someone that's just learning to walk againmproudfoot06/09/2020
From A832 parking near NH161761, along track to Loch a' Bhraoin (diverted path around the ruined lodge area) to the bridge over the Loch outflow and ATV tracks to the footbridge at NH163747 (now very dilapidated, and very close [a few m] to new hydro works - its life expectancy may now be short?), then ATV track past W flank of Meall a' Chrasgaidh, turning E and upwards to W ridge and on to summit, descending S to col then SE onto Carn na Criche, returning to col and descending W down to the Allt Breabaig glen, picking up stalkers' path back to bridge and return. From car park near end of Loch Bhraoin then down the Allt Breabaig to the 548m col, then up to col between Sgurr nan Each and Sgurr nan Clach Gaela. Up to Sgurr nan Each in snow, then over Clach Gaela in deep snow. Detoured to Carn nan Criche, over Meall aChrasgaidh and back down the NW flank.Clive G06/05/2019
With JW. From carpark on A832, ascent via Meall a' Chrasgaidh, Sgurr nan Clach Geala, Sgurr nan Each. Descent to col and back down Allt Breabaig. Good views from summits, cloud on descent.robertgn09/01/2019
Climbed solo. From A832 road to Loch a Bhraoin to Allt Breabaig to 550m bealach to Cadha na Guite col to Sgurr nan Each to Sgurr nan Clach Geala (finest of the Fannaichs) to Carn na Criche to Meall a Chrasgaidh. Return down steep slopes to Allt Breabaig and back to road. Good weather. Mist over 900m in morning but cleared by lunchtime. Excellent views of An Teallach. Very enjoyable ridge walk with no difficulties. Eastern cliffs of Sgurr nan Clach Geala are impressive.jamessteel10023/07/2018

Meall a'Chrasgaidh, Sgurr nan Clach Gaela, Sgurr nan Each. Solo. Cracking day - no wind and no rain! Loads of deer. For info, head straight up to the ridge from 'Am Beachdaich (between the first two peaks), there is an excellent path on the top of the ridge to Sgurr nan Clach Geala which carries on all the way to Sgurr nan Each. Also on the way back at the top of the Allt Breabaig valley cross the river as there is an good stalkers path just on the far side.highlandchief18/09/2017

Kevin & Yen with Geoff & Caroline. Lovely sunny day and warm. First proper hill for a while and really felt it. We're aiming to do the next two, but was getting icy and slippery when we reached ridge to Clach Geala, so came back down. Geoff carried on and did next two.Mountainhikes05/04/2015
