Second ascent with many others to help Gill celebrate her Grahams completion. | NormanW | 27/11/2022 |
A superb day out for my Grahams completion with a huge crowd of fabulous friends. Up the path from Braemore Junction, starting in heavy rain and quickly clearing to a beautiful autumn day. Despite miserable forecasts of gales, we were at the top for ages enjoying lovely views, eating sausage rolls, apple cake and date and walnut cake, and washing down the victuals with Highland Park and blackcurrant gin. Followed up with a big meal back at Inverbroom Lodge. | Gill | 27/11/2022 |

Climbed Beinn Enaiglair first and then ascented up a gully on the north face. Steep but short, leads to a steep grassy ramp almost directly to the summit. Bad decision to return directly back to Breamore Junction, possibly better to have followed the sw ridge (maybe?). | Jhimmy | 31/07/2021 |
From the big car park at Braemore junction. I turned right just before the big newish house, up a path signposted The Hall. After the summit, on to Meall nan Doireachan and a fairly direct route to the A835. | Pete R | 14/07/2021 |
From Braemore Junction (209777) followed path to Home Loch then stalkers path to West ridge of Beinn Enaiglair and summit. Descent down south ridge to col then ascent through crags to summit of Meall Doire Faid & return to Braemore Junction. A fine, warm & clear afternoon. | Vin | 17/09/2020 |
From Breamore junction for Meall Doire Faid and Beinn Enaiglair. | rhalstead | 29/08/2020 |
Ascent from Braemore Junction and stalkers path to highest point then up grassy gully to ridge. Descent directly down S/SW slopes back to car - OK going down but would make a purgatorial way up. | benalder284 | 30/07/2020 |

Hyperopic | 21/02/2009 | |
Solo. From Braemore Junction. I followed a new 'path' to the NE of the forest. This is not at all good. I left it to ascend the rather ill-defined west ridge of Meall Doire Faid. Went SE to reach the top of Meall nan Doireachan. Descended northwards to reach the lochan to the west of Loch Feith nan Cleireach. Joined a stalkers' path and then a track through Braemore Forest. It rained a bit and the top parts were in mist. | pwbellarby | 23/02/2006 |
offers fine views. | dmckeith | 17/11/2005 |
Parked at Braemore Junction. Around back of forest across moor east of Home Loch. On to track from Lodge and cut across moor onto quite a good path in zigs to bealach, passing waterfall on right. Mist. Steeply up on long grass mossy patches following green runs up into rocky area. To ridge on right. | arranc | 30/06/2005 |
