A very enjoyable circuit from lochside CP up Cowal Way to just before the plantation, then up a frozen ATV track to near the summit of The Steeple E Top and the very close main summit, which has a superb view. A prominent (very icy) walking track decends northwards and goes all the way down to the village via a bolted outcrop.sclater03/01/2021
Easy ascent from Lochgoilhead - follow Cowal Way rather than the Dukes path and then double back on clear but not signposted path. Good of them to put two tumps so close together...campagvelocet29/11/2019
Easy if blustery stroll up from Lochgoilhead. Snow on groundColin Crawford17/03/2019

On our way back to Lochgoilhead from Beinn Reithe, taking in Carn Glas (502m) and Tom nan Gamhna (389m). With ian Soulsby.Dangerous Dave01/10/2016
Cnoc Coinnich, Beinn Reithe, The Steeple E top and The Steeple from Lochgoilhead. Good paths and easy climb to Cnoc Coinnich. Seemed a long way to Beinn Reithe with its 2 tops (N one probably slightly higher than outcrop by trig). Took in the two tops of The Steeple on the way back. The Steeple is impressive rocky feature with excellent views down to Lochgoilhead and the mountains beyond.RobertP28/08/2016
