10th tump of 15 on a 25.7km circuit from Achnasoul, climbing Cnoc Barnayarry, Craig Ulian, Barr Aille, Creag nan Ceardach, Caddleton Hill, Cnoc na Moine, Cnoc Bealach Gaoithe,Dun Crutagain and Cnoc Lochan nan Ceardach, descending carefully via steep and slippery ground to cross the Eas nan Ceardach, continuing Nne to reach track and following this to NM81322 16998 to East at first then NE for the summit.
