From Carn Loch nan Amhaichean. Descended initially ESE, then south of the loch and the outflow stream. Rather haggy, thankfully very dry today. Over the main stream, then a straightforward plod up to Cul Beinn nan Eun and easy from there. Descended south, steep in places but no real difficulty, across the stream to pick up the path on the far side which becomes a rough track, then a good track. Cut the corner of the two tracks to join the good track heading up to Loch Bealach Culaidh, which eventually becomes a forestry track, not properly marked on the OS maps. Followed the track to the 290m contour, then found a fire break heading NW, then down the Allt na h-innse-droighinn to the next track, 100m NW along the track then SW down a path between the trees which gets to within about 50 metres of the layby on the A835 to complete the walk.Owen B18/06/2023
Cycled in 8 miles from Eileanach Lodge to the bridge just before the waterfall. Continued on foot to end of track at small damn and then headed north up gentle slopes to summit.Jossker25/06/2022
Cycled from public road end just before Eileanach Lodge, along Loch Glass, then to the new bridge about 400m from waterfall (7.5 miles) good track all the way (1hr 2mins cycling + photos). Locked bike to bridge, track only goes on for another few hundred metres up a steep hill so not much point in cycling any further. Only 2km direct to top but did a slightly less steep route by following deer tracks up left side of stream until on col then made way up to ridge. Back the direct route down green bits beside river valleys. 3.5 miles (nearly 2hrs walking), then cycle back to lodge (52 minutes cycling).JulieB16/06/2022
Parked west side of bridge opposite Inchbae lodge. Cycled up to Strathrannoch, then alongside stream initially NE, later branching of to east, then just to north of Loch nan Amhaichean, crossed 2nd stream and finally up W ridge to summit. A tough featureless walk.MichaelF20/05/2022
Biked along the shore of Loch Glass to the mini dam for the micro hydro scheme (close to waterfall on map). Good track except last 400m of viscious climb. Easy climb from there. Requested to stop on return, filming today, 2 helicopters, recovery boats and divers in loch, very exciting. And a free cup of tea!iangalbraith18/05/2022
With: hb; From Kildermorie Lodge, up An Gleannan to Creachan nan Sgadan then Meall nan Eun. Back to Creachan again then across to Meall Beag and Meall Mor. Descent via wet path to Loch Morie and Kildermorie Lodge.Ian Baines14/05/2022
Route visiting peaks around Loch Glass, parking towards end of public road. Meall an Tuirc (496m) from near top of track to W (difficult crossing fallen trees), descent much easier to NW, then Bendeallt, Cnoc Gille Mo Bhrianaig, Meall an Tuirc (625m), Meall Mor, Meall Beag, Creachan nan Sgadan, Beinn nan Eun, Clach Sgoilte, camped below Carn Loch nan Amhaichean and continued to summit in the morning. Carn nan Con Ruadha, Gob a' Chairn then descent ENE to join path along Abhainn Beinn nan Eun and W end of Loch Glass. Returned along S side of loch. Clouds mainly above these tops.RobertP03/05/2022

Crossed the rough ground from Carn Loch nan Amhaichean, past the loch, very pretty, then actually met another Graham Bagger at foot of this hill. The hill was straightforward, but the terrain around was rough. Last hill of an extended week of hills aided by bike.IanHHill19/08/2018
Cycled along Loch Glass from Eileanach lodge to the first dam. Up a steep deer track on the south side then over the plateau to the second climb to the summit. Returned down the West ridge and back along the estate track.Peterb02/08/2018

From Carn Loch nan Amhaichean. Very rough going although climb was relatively easy. Returned over Clach Sgoilte and back to bike near Strathrannoch.Campbell Singer18/05/2017
Easy cycle along the loch and beyond. What a mess the hydro scheme has made. Lovely scenery all day. Rough at times.jenx19/07/2016
Parked at Eileinach Lodge and cycled the full length of the loch to Wyvis Lodge. Past that and good cycling up the glen to next to the old waterfalls, now sadly ruined by an intrusive hydro scheme. Another branch has tirned the once fine stalkers paths into 4x4 superhighways. Steeply up onto BnE then rough ground in places in traverse to Carn Loch nan Amhaichean. Returned to valley and remains of the stalkers until industrial Scotland was rejoined.nordicstar19/07/2016
From Kildermorie, over a bridge to cross the Abhainn na Glasa onto an unmapped forest road, across the Allt a'Magharaidh and onto the path towards Loch Magharaidh. Just before the climb into the bog before the Loch, there's a climb on reasonably tame vegetation to point 662 m. After that, the going is mainly easy on nice short heather, gravel and lichen, with only a short section of peat hags. The stroll along the broad ridge and up to the summit is really nice, with great views of the surrounding wilderness.Gill17/06/2016

Easy albeit long cycle in from Glen Glass, followed by easy ascent. New track from Wyvis Lodge to foot of hill. Continued to Amhlachain. Weather perfect.Topographer5717/10/2015
Via Loch Glass.Unpaved but good road goes as far as small hydro-electric dam at NH44856 74172. Then you can thrash out a route of your own choosing. Region 15 completed, at last.Martin R11/10/2015
2 of 3: From Carn Loch nan Amhaichean.ChrisR23/06/2015
Cycled up past Wyvis Lodge on the new construction works track(hydro-electric scheme?). Unsightly but made biking easier and will mend in time. Camped a mile or so from its end. Walked to end of track then chose a line to the top. Continued on to the two Graham tops to the East made it more of a walk but still short day so had time for Queen's Cairn I the afternoon.dickscroop06/04/2015

From Strath Rannoch. Bike for 3 1/2 m then past farm on a faint path uphill by stream. Sludge immediately with both feet wet before top. After 2 miles took bearing to ridge to the east. View of hill 3 miles further. By side of Loch Amhaichean - sand pipers - gently up over heather and rough marsh grass to ridge and easier tundra patches. 3/4 m uphill to top at 14.25. No view - rain and mist. to Amhaichean.arranc24/06/2005
Descended from Carn Loch nan Amhaichean to ascend in cloud. Then descended south to follow tracks back to A835 at Inchbae Lodge.JohnW27/06/2001
