7th tump of 15 on a 25.7km circuit from Achnasoul, climbing Cnoc Barnayarry, Craig Ulian, Barr Aille, Creag nan Ceardach, Caddleton Hill and Cnoc na Moine, descending Sw onto track and then following it Nw then taking the Sw track past the Wishing Tree (an old fenced off Hawthorn tree) veering off to climb the short distance to the summit.
