Return visit to record GPS references. Route much as in 2016, but track beyond gate about 946331 now upgraded, so LRT junction a bit farther north-west, beyond crest. HP appears to be about 3 metres east of OS marker. Sunny, some cloud, fresh breeze. Extensive but hazy view from Mull to Ben Cruachan.mainnirnamfiadh15/10/2019
4th tump of 5 today on a 14km route with my 70 litre rucksack from Taynuilt to Connel exoring Airds Park, Airds Park West top and Ardnaskie plus a foray to a knoll within Auchnocloich plantation before descending to the A85, crossing under Railway bridge before taking track past Culnadolloch before climbing through really attractive moss-draped trees heading West then Sw then Found the Os trig bolt, recording 135m @ NM 94156 32980 as the highest point. Descent Nw over the Alltan nam Breac (via fallen tree) heading for Creagan Lubhar....Dazingdale05/05/2018
Early bus to Achnacloich road end, passing intriguing sight of water apparently flowing uphill at Falls of Lora. Up road under railway and past Culnadalloch, then rough road. As this begins to level out, grassy track up right to gate about 946331. Track fainter across field, then firmer beside high fence. Up left and round on to ridge, then intermittent faint LRT to rivet/bolt and summit. Hazy but dry. Down the same way for bus to Oban.mainnirnamfiadh07/05/2016
OS symbol on the1:25k map its not a trig but it's a 5cm wide shallow cone. Don't know if they're called rivets or bolts? Glorious calm day.vegibagger16/10/2015
