Gentle walk to test abilities on first outing for months following bad weather and frail health. Bus down A816 to Rhudle road end. Road past Rhudle Mill and as far as about 8481 9583. Rightwards across Rhudle Burn on old bridge, green tracks past site of former gravel pit (not on 50k map) and up to north end of main ridge, then southwards over rough pasture to summit. Dry but hazy: north end of Jura just visible beyond Loch Crinan. Dull in morning, brighter later. Back same way to A816 for bus to Oban.mainnirnamfiadh19/05/2023

I had my lunch here as there was as nice breeze. Continuation to the Barr...Dazingdale08/09/2021
Via Rhudle, along with The Barr, good views over to Lochan an Tornalaich, return via Rhudle Mill road. p.s. I HATE bracken!!!DavieRuts31/07/2021
From Binnein Mor - fairly straightforward. Then southwards for a mile to the end of the forestry track - tough going. Saw a couple of foxes on entering the forest.sclater11/07/2020
