|Parked at the caravan park, farmer came out to give me the 3rd degree, wanted to know who I was, what I was doing, can't park there etc, but he came round and even showed me which way to go... as if needed! Farm track to NR 7310 8716 then straight up the hill - very steep but easy. 32 min round trip.||jonglew||02/11/2018|
|Up track from old cemetery with Jenx and Bryher. Nice hill plus trig bonus.||nordicstar||12/04/2018|
|Woke early as camping and thought I could fit this in before anyone else was up and about, armed with a previous log which mentioned a style and a path, off I went parking at Carsaig bay and walking up past the cemetery, through the static camp site and through the farm gate. After that I would like to say it was all plain sailing, however I couldn't find a style and didn't fancy heading up through the ferns towards the crag, so I went along to the second gate, headed up the stream slightly before it and found a sort of path up through the head height ferns to the wooded area, I then picked my way through the holey wood and eventually found the trig point. Tried to head off in another direction but ended up next to very step drop so decided to retrace my steps. Took about 2 hours I think, I though it was another 5 minute job!||thejackrustles||22/07/2017|
|Great walk with the parents. Amazing trig point, despite no views until descent. Decent scrambling just SW of summit.||iangpark||11/07/2017|
