From 778018 follow the track heading NE then NW above the houses, at the HP of this track head NE to the summit. Great views. | DavieRuts | 20/04/2023 |
Straightforward from Barr Mor. Returned to tent below Bonnach Mor. | sclater | 08/05/2022 |
From the two white houses to the west, abdication round over the two Druim Begs and Ban Mor with trig, with Darren Giddins very glorious day | vegibagger | 12/05/2018 |
8th tump of 10 today, with Charles Everett, climbing An Cnap, Eilean Mhich Chrion and Lerigoligan Hill then solo on Sron Mhadadh and Druim Beithe and back with Charles for Druim an Achanarnaich and Druim A' Chaisteil, taking the track back to the scattered village and then the road back to Charles's Van. We took the private lane down to two large private dwellings, parking up in one of the drives (and leaving a note pleading for forgiveness should the owner return). We went through a gate then Ene up the slope then through a copse, over a wall and fence to then climb NE to the top. I marked three high points, 96m @ NM 77930 02851, 97m @ NM 77934 02862 and 96m @ NM 77960 02834. We continued Nne to the fenceline then followed this down NE towards Barr Mor... | Dazingdale | 12/05/2018 |
After 11338 Druim Beag. Failed to find evidence of track shown on map, and struggled with rough (and wet) ground before eventually reaching field below Achanarnich. Tracks from north-east corner of field up on to ridge (less steep route via 779030 recommended), then faint paths to top. Still dull – Paps of Jura only just visible. Back down to Achanarnich, making for Druim an Achanarnaich. | mainnirnamfiadh | 20/04/2018 |
After 3 very nice coastal tumps via castle access road. Roughish fiddly traverse from (the other) Druim Beag then back via obvious track SSE to road. | RHW | 07/06/2015 |
