Cycled to the track to the E of the summit at 761 875, headed W up to the Scots Pines. A steep but enjoyable scramble, a large Scots Pine at the summit. | DavieRuts | 08/01/2023 |
I drove down the track just past the tight bend on the main road, following Druim an Duin and following this past the tidal islets to park up at NR763884, the track continues but there were several large bushes growing in the centre of the road that I decided to play safe. I followed the Westernmost track and veered off to climb directly from NR76023 87994. Lovely woodland, feeling like an island as it is so isolated. Continued from top a bit further before profiling round and heading back to the track and the start. I would like to come back and explore this whole area again. Total distance walked was 2.4km. | Dazingdale | 25/05/2021 |
