Rib from Largs using Wreckspeditions organised by Darren. Landed at slipway by large agricultural shed, 023605. Headed N on coastal track past 50 or so seals on the rocky shore. Ignored the track to Northpark, and continued to find the cist - large rock with plaque. South to the ruined Northpark, then followed track S and fence round to the summit in gorse near the trig. Followed fence W through several gates, before turning E to track then N to South Park and Mid Park. With a bull guarding the track N we headed E down to the coast, and followed the beach N to the slipway.Minto30/05/2021
Rib from Largs using Wreckspeditions (normally based in Dunoon). Accompanied by 5 others. Landed near Chapel. First visiting high point on or near Trig pillar then i headed to explore a bit of the Southern coastline and also visited the high point, in the Southern birchwood before heading across to the East side to follow the coast back to the rib. Saw porpoises and Grey seals plus i might have seen a Golden Eagle at the dilapidated farmstead.Dazingdale30/05/2021
Wreckspeditions's RIB from Largs (they are normally based in Dunoon). Landed east side on slipway near agricultural shed, headed south then followed field boundary on south side (due to cows in field on north side), as we progressed up the field, the cows in the adjoining field moved uphill with us in parallel. There was a highland cow in our field near the top but it moved away as we approached the top of the field, then over a barbed wire fence into another field. Eyed up summit trig with the cows moving around it but due to team efforts they were encouraged to keep moving beyond summit such that we could get through the gate, bag the summit area and back down to boat. Could have explored island a bit more but was happy to get summit and chill out in the sun today. About 2 hours on the island. Thanks to Darren Giddins for organising.assynt_bob30/05/2021
After climbing 6 Ayrshire Tumps in the morning with Minto, very happy to spend a couple of hours on the island, bagging the high point and just lazing around enjoying the warm sunny afternoon.NormanW30/05/2021

Part of expedition controlled by Douglas Law. Slightly boring - a bit like Kilmarnock. FV Morag is a fine boat. A grand day out. About 100 seals staged a mass dive in just as we arrived. Thanks Douglas.Thearlaichdubh26/08/2017
On Morag from Tihgnabruich to land on the stony beach on the east side of Inchmarnock. Then followed shore path south until track up to ruined farm. Easy angle up towards the trig without having to cross a fence or upset the cattle. Trig, SIB and Tump bagged by full boat of ten.Dugswell226/08/2017
Fine trip on boat from Tihgnabruich organised by Dougswell. Morag skippered by Donald. Nice hill, met cattleman Called Farm or the like. Interested we didn't spook his cattle. Trig in gorse. On way down sought out the memorial to Queen of Inch. Interesting meet up with local lifeboat rib too.nordicstar26/08/2017

Boat trip with various distinguished hill/trig/island baggers. Some new faces to me and some familiar. Beautiful sunny, calm day perfect for a boat trip down the Kyles of Bute. As well as trig also interesting prehistoric cairn marking 4,000 year old burial site and ruins of early Irish monastery site.andy05/05/2012
