With Luna. From Eas Mor to Whiting Bay.masmith11/05/2023
First of the five forest Tumps on a round from Kildonan. It was easier to pass below the mature trees than to use the boggy firebreak. The area to the west of the summit has now been clear felled and offers decent viewsColin Crawford24/09/2022

With Rob Woodall. Parked in Whiting Bay. Took good path to Giants' Grave where we picked up a logging track which wound its way circuitously to within approx 250m of the top - accessible off the loggers' road by a fire break.jonglew17/11/2017

1st ever log for this hill! Tough little cookies these hills! First hill of five on the toughest and most frustrating Arran walk i've done, having lost my Garmin gps in the heather on the Claughland Hills, this route really tested my navigation skills! Easy start upto the Giant's graves, signposted off the Glenashdale falls walk from Whiting Bay and then I scrambled up a hill and followed a bearing eventually coming to a small waterfall, once over this I headed on a bearing before emerging onto a forest ride with the 224m height NW of me and the ride following a fenceline close to the summit to the SE of me. I had to reccy to make sure I was at the right spot and then followed the fenceline SE eventually heading into the trees to explore the summit area. The summit is either just within the forest (near moss-draped larch trees) or at the intersection of forest rides nearby.Dazingdale09/05/2016
