Parked on the old road at 067205. Over the gate and directly north onto an ATV track. Just over 90 minutes solo return.bolton11/11/2023
Parked on the old road about 100 metres SW of Keepers Cottage. Over the padlocked gate, then straight up, mostly heathery, rather uneven ground, faint ATV track towards the top. Excellent viewpoint for Morven.Owen B20/09/2023
Loop from layby on the A9 taking in Braigh na h-Eaglaise and Cnoc Bad Asgaraigh. Mostly good going underfoot, only the east slope of Braigh na h-Eaglaise a little rough.Tisteln04/09/2023

As others parked on the road to the cottage, on the corner of the junction with the track into the wood without blocking any access at around ND 067205. Met the owner of the cottage who was waiting for a lift to go for a walk elsewhere, he said it was fine. Climbed the padlocked gate and then straight up the hillside to the summit. Easy grassy slopes lower down, then a bit of heather with bits of animal tracks then a semi helpful ATV track. Ground very dry which made it relatively easy. Note the fence marked on the 1:25k map before the summit ridge is no longer there, it's only evidence is a few rusty fenceposts. 1.1 mile 40 minutes to the top. Not an exciting hill to climb but views of Morven, Scaraben and Smean from the top make the climb worthwhile. Returned same route. Quite windy on top so didn't hang around for long, Round trip 2.2 miles in under 75 minutes.JulieB26/06/2022

Fine wee hill this. Fine views from the top.David Bremner08/06/2019
From keepers cottage with MN. Direct and easy.trimarc222/05/2019
Straight up from keeper's cottage just off the A9. Spectacular views to Morvern and Scaraben on a sunny, cold early morning. 40 minutes at the top stretched the walk to just over two hours.the pigguy 10/05/2019
From main A9 parking on the old stretch near cottage. Short up and down on mainly grassy slopesN.Morters16/03/2019
Parked due south, near Keepers Cottage. Took a direct line to hill top. Nice walk despite being clagged in.jonglew28/02/2019
From Keeper's Cottage on the A9 in thick fog. A nice walk all the same, up nice mossy grass, then heather, then sensible bog vegetables, and finally a vague ATV track towards the top.Gill28/02/2019
Pleasant short walk from old road remnant. Good views north to Scaraben, Morven etc.willyross13/09/2018

Parked in front of the cottage on the old road at Ousdale. Occupier is tenant and doesn't drive, happy to chat and show of several adders and slow worms which live on the grass outside. Otherwise route as Rick's.High cloud upwards, rained after summiting.iangalbraith07/08/2017

Pretty much straight up from the locked gate. Fairly easy going. Some cattle near the gate, with calves and a bull, but they all shifted off when we approached.jenx13/06/2016
With Jenx from the old road by cottage as described by others. Bull with cows in field made for interesting start. Followed new track to woods and up lines alongside. Hill is generally without tracks and a tedious plod. Final 50m theres an ATV track to top. Good views.nordicstar13/06/2016
