Parked on verge at sharp bend near Netherton. Across boggy fields then steep climb on sheep tracks.govanah19/03/2023
Room for 1 car at end of public road by forestry gate at Burnmouth. Up forestry road and first break (with the telegraph wires) to cairn. Followed out vehicle track along woodland edge to summit. Followed line of trees along ridge up to 90 degree corner (see map). From here headed roughly NE through young plantation to pick up unmapped track which ultimately led to Glaiks of Balloch and then by main forestry track network back to car. The route through the young plantation will only remain possible for a couple of years. Trees currently only 3 feet high.sarahk26/12/2022
