Anticlockwise around the horseshoe from Culnacraigdavidpettit8402/06/2023
After visiting Sgurr an Fhidhle descended to col and headed up hill leaving vague path for diagonal ascent towards summit. Rough grass replaced by flat embedded rocks before returning to grass on summit ridge. The clear skies on Fhidhleir were soon replaced by thick cloud and rain before I reached Coigach putting out of my mind any idea of taking the unknown steep descent on a compass bearing towards the Graham Top Speicein nan Garbh-choireachan. Instead descending back down known ground seen earlier from the head of Allt nan Coisiche then west over rough ground to pick up earlier mentioned cairn and descent route down path out of the cloud and back to Culnacraig.mntainman17/09/2021

Rockhoppers trip. Circular from Culnacraig. Ben Mor Coigach ridge (738m and 743m peaks) onto Sgurr an Fhidhleir (705m). Poor visibility lifted pm. Decent weather. Snow above 650m on NW of ridge.tobywharne30/12/2013
Solo. From car park a little short of the end of the road at Culnacraig. From Culnacraig followed a path, not shown on OS 1:50,000 map, that ascended ENE. Path petered out. Ascended NW flank of Speicein nan Garbh-choireachan up a mostly grassy rake through scree and crags. Along ridge ENE to summit of Ben More Coigach, keeping to creast most of time. Bits of scrambling on the ridge of no great difficulty. On to Speicein Coinnich over one or two minor tops on the way. Continued to Sgùrr an Fhidhleir and its tops.pwbellarby31/07/2013
