Across fields from SE to reservoir | vegibagger | 10/09/2022 |
Staying at Wheems campsite and enjoyed a stroll along the shore to Grim Ness, taking in Cauldhame again, second time in a fortnight. Incidentally, along the shore lies the wreck of the Irene, whose encounter with the rocks was the prelude to the 1969 Longhope lifeboat tragedy, when the boat was lost with all of its crew | Colin Crawford | 09/08/2022 |
Walked up track to reservoir then over bw fence to hp. Solo. | Dangerous Dave | 01/08/2022 |
Pleasant stroll from pleasant Wheems campsite. Base of reservoir, ground disturbed, by telegraph pole. Access across cow field from road gate. | Denise | 29/07/2022 |
Drove up track to locked gate at reservoir compound. Reversed back to corner to turn. | Minto | 29/07/2022 |
No obvious parking so I left my car reversed onto the end of the track for the ten minutes I was gone. High point somewhere south of the reservoir | Colin Crawford | 27/07/2022 |
Parked at waterboard roadend and then 3 minute walk to reservoir with good views. | Thearlaichdubh | 25/09/2021 |

A flat topped grassy pancake, drive to the reservoir and hop over over a couple of 4 strand BWFs | Gill | 21/02/2019 |
Drove to covered resr compound gate. Hopped the fence. HP probably along the fenceline. | jonglew | 21/02/2019 |
Easy squelch from near reservoir. Natural ground within compound looks lower than the field. | fasgadh | 08/04/2018 |
