Ascended Sgurr Dearg on traverse from Sgurr na Banachdich to Sgurr Alasdair. No climbing gear so impossible to climb Inn Pinn. Great views all round anyway.quadbarrel13/10/2014
First experience of the main Cuillin ridge what a great place. The weather was warm dry and sunny although rather hazy. I climbed the Inaccessible Pinnacle and touched the high point. I also took in Sgurr Mhic Choinich which was quite an exposed scramble. I am grateful to my guide who made the day. Guide was Ron Walkerisabelle21/09/2014
From Glen Brittle. A superb day out, climbing the fin to the top of the pinnacle & then abseiling down. With Pigeon/Ian/Ryan/Jim & Erin, with the assistance of our guide Jonah Jones.MorecambeMonkey21/06/2014
1st of 2. Joe and I hired guide Jonah Jones to take us up the Pinn. He sets a decent pace, but youy do get a break every 1000 ft of ascent :D I didn't find the Pinn hard at all, it's all very safe and matter of fact :)bowzi19/06/2014
First walk in The Cuillins - absolutley stunning scenary - the best I have seen of anywhere in the UK. Menacing beauty! Did the walk with Rach & Gillian from Skye Guides. Weather was perfect - not a cloud in the sky and the sun was shining. The InPin was good fun and not as difficult as expected. Could be solo'd but best to abseil off. Also did Sgur Mhic and joining ridge. One of my best days in the hills. Descended the scree slopes at the back down to the Lochan which was surprisingly fun and fast to get down. Great great day!scholesy13/10/2013
In party of three from Memorial Hut led by Skye guide Jonah Jones. Brilliantly clear morning allowed all to climb to top before rising winds and cloud.neimcv06/09/2013
Final peak of our 4th day in Skye with Nick P, led by Matt Barrett up the long side. Much easier than I thought it would but glad of the rope! Glorious day with extensive views. Enjoyed going down the short side.signyred07/08/2013
With GHC. Cold, wet and windy. A terrible ascent, but got it ticked off.Play2End01/06/2013
5th and last Munro of day. Weather worsened. Nipped up the Pinn and abbed off. Became misplaced on descent - went to bottom of gully instead of traversing earlier back to An Stac screes.Kevin2903507/10/2012

Led by Bob Kerr, of Assynt MR Team. Ascent by west ridge of Sgurr Dearg. Pinnacle climbed by south ridge & abseil down north face.marktrengove03/06/2011
John Proctor of York Climbers forever in your debt. What an ascent, wind and half way up the sail it started to snow. Martin and I just laughed. No other idiots up here today. Never felt delight like it when I got to the top. Magical. Abseil off was excellent. Got a few seconds of a view then cloud came back. Got real pissed that night. Company: John Proctor and Martin Minty Stewart.iandesbottes20/05/2011
Organised by Martin (who stayed on the ridge). I had no intention of doing it. Jonah, barman in Taigh Aillean hotel by night and mountain guide by day guided me up.Maggie28/04/2011

Clearest day on Skye trip. Could see whole Cuillin ridge, offshore islands and as far as Ben Nevis till clouds closed in. Roped up to Susan on ascent as she was very anxious about it all - belching compulsively at start. All went well.dave neilson04/05/2005
First trip with climbing club, heading up onto ridge via An Dorus. Completeing Sgurr Mhadaidh, Sgurr Greadaidh, Sgurr na Banachdaich ending on the Inn Pin. 11.5 km walk, 1650 climb in 9 hoursJamesSDonald30/04/2005
