Logged Descriptions  (logged by 7 users)ByDate of Ascent
Tried landing on SE side, but too much swell. Moved to mid-way along the W side to a minor inlet where it was marginally better. Straight forward scramble up to top.jonglew29/04/2022
Landed SW side on inlet. Easy zigzag scramble, as last time. Lower down a little weedy and slippery. 2ft swell, strong tidal current 2hrs before low tide made for awkward landing. Summit 56.84431° N, 7.62563° W. N side possibly easier but a little too much swell. With Uist Sea ToursRHW29/04/2022
With Rob and Richard, assisted by Hebridean Sea tours on sunny day. Slightly awkward landing on barnacled slabs , approached in a sort of chine. Easy scramble over rocks to rocky summit- no vegetation apparent.Denise 28/04/2018
Landed E side just S of channel, tricky in swell, easy walk/scramble L then R to summit, whole sgeir seems devoid of vegetation. With Hebridean Sea Tours out of CastlebayRHW28/04/2018
