With Minnie, From Drumchork cottage up track accross field then easy track up through woods, cool but dry, no real views. | apricorum | 02/05/2023 |
After Easter Meiggar Hill, across bridge, up edge of forest, but in full view of Drumchork house. Onto forest track to high point and easily to summit. Descended on track W, where it petered out, no obvious sign of marked hairpin bend. Continued down to ditch, and out W to new gate at road. | Minto | 23/11/2021 |

Parked by road junction to the east, crossed to gate with footpath sign and then ascended pleasant pasture land to the foot of the wood. Here there is a track up through the wood with two gates which are no problem. The summit is to the south of this track almost overlooking Drumchork Farm. No problems underfoot in winter conditions. | JohnW | 10/04/2018 |

Pleasant stroll from road to east, then on to Easter Meiggar Hill | Colin Crawford | 11/03/2016 |
Summit wood less pleasant than expected. Very long bracken, which was just beginning to sag, concealed debris from windblown trees. Numerous trip hazards - late summer probably not the best time to visit. | Lindsay M | 30/08/2015 |
Pleasant open deciduous woods, easily reached via bridge from Easter Meiggar Hill. | alda | 30/12/2014 |
