From Burnside Hall, Balmullo, core paths through village & Coffin Road to pathed summit of Lucklaw Hill. Descent W through beautiful gorse, past Brighouse & House in the Hollow (fab name) to Logie. Up tracks & across a field to a small, pretty lochan for lunch. Up fields and all open gates to Forret Hill & it's small cairn. Descent to track W of quarry. Craigsanquhar climbed easily from path to South. Minor road to N of Craigfoodie Hill. Headed S through gate 150m W of Quarry & across easy fields to stone wall with gate against it. Used this to climb over, then pleasant ascent through gorse to old wall summit. Went on to Craiglug. Unfortunately many have climbed where the wall is collapsing. But there is a fab stone stile at West end of wall near cliff & beside a small wooden gate. Back to road via same route. On to Airdit Hill, climbed after Set Hill (pretty crag) from field edge to ENE. Good paths. Return to Balmullo via Willie's Wood. 19km of beautiful views & no cattle in fieldsLynnebe19/04/2023

From the E - from Farm Cottage, SSE towards Airdit then up field edge next to woods. At field corner into woods and on shooting tracks to summit. Descended W then SW to road - very nettly in field once out of woods.quadbarrel04/10/2021
After failing on Craigsanquhar due to a Limousin bull, I carried on down the road towards Logie, past the non complaint sign and along the remains of what was once an enclosed road to the wood. Easy tracks led almost to the summit on the edge of a steep quarry. A building is being constructed near the summit to the south.fasgadh05/09/2021

From Logie phone box through fields and over awkward barbed wire fence.Lovely path in wood. Down by path via Airdit [very friendly owner] and walk back to Logie along road.russell6111/07/2020
Started at Airdit. Followed track through the woods.187lenny07/07/2019
A round of 4 tops. Started from a layby next to the marked footpath SW of Lucklaw Hill. A pleasant walk to the summit, then eastwards down to Lucklawhill, into Balmullo for crisps and a butty, then along a good track to Cuplahills. A lovely detour through Willie's Woodland and on to the minor road to Airdit. At the entrance gate headed up a field edge to Airdit Hill before joining a track in the woods up and over the summit towards the Logie road. Turned left then right onto a track running just south of Craigsanquhar hill (detour to grassy summit), which continues to a footpath junction. Took another right turn to a gate (bull sign but no bulls present) over which there is a track pretty much to the top of Forret Hill. Then homeward to the car via Logie and Logie House. Took about three hours at a leisurely pace.summitter13/01/2019

From the village of Logie. Up the field, into the wood and track to within metres of the summit. It's a sort of sinkhole.NormanW13/08/2017

After Craigsanquar. Just walked along the ridge line through the wood to Highest point. Down to track to E avoiding the GOML at Airdit. Pleasant woodThearlaichdubh28/12/2016
P right angled bend to SW walked down road into field N side of fence/wall across at a fixed gate then tracks to top. Back to car along track through gate to top of Craigsanquhar.chrisbien31/01/2016
From the SW. What might have been a track isn't. But recently cut pasture made for easy walking. Summit woodland very pleasant, but looks like it's used occasionally for off-road driving given number of tracks which 'go nowhere'. Original summit might have been even higher before it was quarried away.Minto11/07/2015
Parked at the cemetery. Nasty barbed wire fence to negotiate before the pleasant woodland top.Play2End09/05/2015
From Logie cemetery, past phone box to corner, then left up course of a stone wall, at wall end stepped easily over barbed fence into summit woodland.Topographer5729/01/2015
