| Parked just beyond end of public road (NS 7926 2351). This is now a main access route for a new wind farm, but the road is gated beyond here, so drive ups may not be a future option (the new WF road skirts Auchendaff Hill well to the N and proceeds on to Gart Law). From parking did Hartwood and Auchendaff Hills then Gart Law before dropping down SE to pick up a mapped track a little W of a mapped sheepfold (NS 7601 2259). Took track until NNW of the the hill then a steep but reasonable break ~480m to summit, a well-defined little mound out of the forest. On to Cairn Kinney and return to car for a 9 mile round over some very poor ground. | jonglew | 23/10/2021 |

| 7th top of 8 on a 26.4km ciircular from Fingland road end, climbing White Hill, Stony Hill, Wardlaw Hill, Cairn Table, Little Cairn Table and Gart Law then heading South to the 390m mark before heading SE viar some rides to reach a forest track.
