5th tump of a 6 tump 15.4km circular from Craigshiel, climbing Niviston, Halfmerk, Earl Hill and Auchitench then heading North to track and following it to the junction of rides following ride out of forest then heading direct for the top, recording 461m @ NS 69865 18879. Round of Niviston, Halfmerk, Earl Hill, Auchintench, West Foredibban, and Clocklowie from parking at end of public road near Craigshiel. Hard getting out of the forest from Auchintench, then plod through lots of tussocks. At least there are 2 cairns.Thearlaichdubh13/04/2019
