P Changue lower, zigzag forest tracks to NX 30456 93711, narrowish but easy FB to open grassland. On to Larg Hill.agentmancuso24/08/2019
Returning from Larg hill on the forest track, saw a fire break at NX31115 93674. Followed this around a couple of bends, walking through grass and boggy moss, to a gate at NX31091 93935. Through the gate, turned immediately left to another gate about 100m away, then a grassy walk to the summit. Returned the same way, and back on the forest track to the car, in the car park at Craigmalloch. Pleasant views.LizH01/08/2019
8th hill of 13 today on two loops from Barr village climbing Drumneilie hill, Cairn Hill, Pinbreck, Craigenreoch, Changue, Haggis and Larg Hill making a wild descent through tightly packed trees to the forest track then up on a forest ride to the open top. It looked like there was higher ground in the forest so investigated and got readings of 350/351m sw of the knoll. Through the trees till back on track following this into Barr where i had my sandwiches on a picnic table by the River Stinchar. Next hill, AchensoulDazingdale12/05/2017
Track from Craigmalloch. Left at 305937. Then NE along firebreak to and over a new high barbed wire fence. Back as Colin through a quagmire.chrisbien27/04/2017
An afternoon outing after a tough morning on Drumneillie and Cairn Hills. This one was fairly easy, with an obvious firebreak from the col on the track to the south. Sadly, it had been chewed up by caterpillar tracks (new planting ditches to the north being prepared) and was excruciatingly wet and muddy. The summit on open grassland was a delight after thatColin Crawford09/02/2017
