The Rois-bheinn round with John. Sgurr na Ba Glaise, Rois-bheinn and An Stac from Inverailort. Took road down to cottages, along grassy track and a boggy path skirting the south of Tom Odhar. Up to a stone track before crossing a footbridge then striking off SE/S Meall Damph. Once again SE/S up Druim Fiaclach and followed the ridge to Sgurr na Ba Glaise. Then W down to Bealach an Fhiona and ascended up the flanks of Rois-bheinn over to the summit. Back to Bealach an Fhiona, steeply dropping N then heading directly up the steep slope of An Stac. From the summit, took a faint path N steeply down towards Seann Cruach and cut off down to a muddy path beside the burn. Followed that back to the stone track and back the way we came to Inverailort. Total time 7h 58min.mproudfoot17/03/2024

Solo. MTB from Inverailort, follow hydro track along Allt a Bhuiridh to end at dam. Bike left here then walk up to col N of An Stac via very wet muddy Argo track, SE then S to Bealach an Fhiona, out and back to summit of Rois Bheinn, traverse ridge round to Sgurr na Ba Glaise, then E over An t Slat bheinn before descending NW to Coire a' Bhuirdh and regaining Argo track and hydro road. MTB back to Inverailort. Great views, no snow. An excellent round.John Lee24/02/2023

Descended from An Stac, thick cloud disgorging loads more rain, so steep up Bealach, well I think it was the Bealach. An outcrop of quartz rock brightened a sodden day. Sod all views. Glad map and compass skills are ok. Stayed for precisely a second before squelching off to final peak Rois Bheinn and to find wall on way. Company: Soloiandesbottes04/05/2022

Round of An Stac and Sgurr na Ba Glaise from Alisary. Hill fog between 300m and 800m, some sunshine above.Topographer5701/07/2018
From Rois-Bheinn. Straightforward but frustratingly windy with hill fog. The cloud finally lifted at about 750m on the way back down, glorious views for the rest of the day.Owen B21/06/2018
As per SMC Corbetts book, great circuit.Jhimmy07/06/2017
Another day in the sun - collecting Corbetts and sunburn en route. Days in Moidart don't get much better than this.summitter26/03/2017
47th – Solo. From Lochailort, follow new estate track along Allt a Bhuiridh then break up NE face of An Stac (picking line to get some shelter from wind). Head South to Bealach an Fhiona, out and back to summit of Rois Bheinn, then follow ridge round anticlockwise (i.e. head East for Sgurr na Ba Glaise, then North for Beinn Coire na Gall before descending NW to regain estate track). Clear and sunny day with some excellent views. Strong winds, particularly fierce in morning (nearly opted to bail out), eased during afternoon. Some snow higher up, above 700m.RGibbs13/02/2017
Circuit of three Corbetts and 4 Corbett tops from Beinn Coire nan Gall to An Stac. Excellent day despite poor weather, hail showers in first half.Had some route problems near start due to new hydro station roads - river high, could not find bridge so crossed higher up at damdickscroop01/07/2016

Round of An Stac, Rois-bheinn & Sgurr na Ba Glaise with Shaky from Lochailort. Followed the track down from the road surprising a young stag which was nosing around the bins outside a house. Rounded Tom Odhar on the increasingly faint path. Waded around through deep grass following the Allt a' Bhuiridh & then on to the Bealach an Fhiona. By this point the mist had rolled in & the rain followed shortly afterwards. Sgurr na Ba Glaise first then back across for Rois-Bheinn & finally straight over An Stac slanting down dodging craggy bits to rejoin the outward route. Probably wasted a cracking round on a poor weather day.NotReallyABagger06/08/2013

Solo. Inverailort to complete the Rois Bheinn horse-shoe from the north. Fine cold start then with mist patches. Snow above 650m with firm neve'. Fine views & a good mountain day.Vin30/10/2002
On Inverailort- Allt a'Bhuiridh- Druim Fiaclach- Sg na Ba Glaise- RoisBheinn- Roshven walk with brother, Pete. Druim Fiaclach was the best summit, though we were engulfed by cloud and rain (with an E wind!) on the last 2 summits. Interesting terrain though.pwheeler27/05/2002
