With DH from railway crossing at NM 856812. Beinn Odhar Mhor, Beinn Odhar Bhearg, Beinn Mhic Cedidh circuit. Very wet ascent, heavy rain all day. Continued round to bridge over Allt a' Choire Bhuide following ATV track to tunnel under railway. More ATV track to ford over river. Busy road back to car parking. | John Lee | 30/06/2023 |
A full clockwise round of the Corbetts and Corbett tops from tent at bridge over Alt a Choire Bhuidhe - nice spot. Bheinn Odhar Mhor; Beinn Odhar Bheag; Beinn a Chaorainn and across to Beinn Mhic Cedidh. Dropped into valley for most of return, sticking to ridge would have been better. Had planned a second day doing tops further west, hence tent, but felt I had done enough in the heat. | dickscroop | 03/06/2023 |
Anticlockwise loop of Beinn Odhar Bheag and Beinn Mhic Cedidh from the Road to The Isles. With Ian.
Total time 5h 35min. Low cloud, with some light rain during the descent. | mproudfoot | 24/09/2022 |
From an A830 lay-by, and on surely the hottest day of the year in Scotland, we bagged Sgurr na Paite, Beinn Mhic Cedidh, Beinn a' Chaorainn, Beinn Odhar Bheag and Beinn Odhar Mhor. Outliers were also considered, but a mix of heat, reducing water supply and dicky tummy meant we were happy to return with this haul. | summitter | 04/06/2022 |
From Beinn Odhar Bheag. Then descended the north ridge. Deviated from the Walkhighlands route at about the 450m contour, looking for the footbridge marked on the 1:25,000. Couldn't find the bridge and the descent into the ravine was horrible : ferns, boulders, steep ground, low branches, bugs. Thankfully the stream was not in spate. | Owen B | 19/08/2020 |

A cloudy but very clear New Year's Day. Parked at NM857812. Ascended to notch at NM844807 then around horseshoe to Beinn Odhar Mhor, Beinn Odhar Bheag and Beinn Mhic Cedidh. Useful bridge at approx NM833808. | davidpettit84 | 01/01/2014 |

From Beinn Odhar Bheag via a smooth east ridge. I had some problems returning to my car east of the railway tunnels, I should have stayed higher or descended directly to the bridge above Loch Eilt. | Topographer57 | 19/07/2013 |

Easy crossing of river and up through scrub to cross fence and onto railway. Followed this for 600m and clamber to cross large stream and to moor. On tough grass and tussock, over side stream, around two hillocks to rowan tree in a crag. On steep swampy ridge and interminable plod via craggy grass to top at 12.10. to B O B. | arranc | 17/06/1998 |

Beinn Odhar Bheag and Beinn Mhic Cedidh from Road summit to Allt a' Choin Bhuidhe . | Eddie | 20/04/1997 |
Solo. From Loch Eilt, my log says (not sure if crossed the stepping stones 200m upriver which used to be accessible before the small dam was built at the W end of the loch - when was the dam built? - or the bridge up at NM856814 which is now, 21h, recommended). Anyway, cold with thick hoar frost, and great views as far as Rùm and Skye. | NorfolkPT21 | 17/12/1995 |
Solo. From Lochailort Railway Station, having taken train from Glenfinnan. Finished at Glenfinnan at 1:50am. Traverse of five Corbetts and sundry tops. From summit of Sgùrr na Bà Glaise went along An t-Slat-bheinn and over Drum Fiaclach via SW and ESE ridges – the latter in particular having towers and pinnacles with some scrambling – easy. There were quite a few snowfields between Sgùrr na Bà Glaise and Druim Fiaclach – some unavoidable. Where the ESE ridge of Druim Fiaclach becomes very steep I went NE to NE side of the deep defile carrying a burn. Hence directly to summit of Beinn Mhic Cèdidh. | pwbellarby | 10/04/1995 |
