The comment above that 'ground 10m NE is of similar height' is incorrect. The high point is surely at an ash tree (the nearby trees are oak) and all ground NE is much lower.Matt03/07/2023
Pleasing grassy knoll with mature oaks in sheep pasture. From Tod Fell via Castlegower farm and back to forest track and car park in Doach Plantation. Good views.Denise 18/04/2022
Seven Tump round from parking at Barchain road end. This second hill was gained over muddy cattle pasture from Barchain Hill. The hill itself was a delightful wooded and rocky dome.Colin Crawford14/02/2022
torglass hill and mount pleasant from the CP to the west.robertphillips29/01/2022
Parked just after the second cottage on wide verge on the Castlegower access road. Field gate just round the bend then pleasant sheep pasture initially before a rough cattle pasture. Fortunately ground all frozen hard today, otherwise this would be a mud-fest right up to top of the nice lightly wooded summit.jonglew24/01/2021
