6th hill of 8 today on a challenging route from Kirkcowan to Port William, climbing Boreland Fell, Craigeach Fell, Craiglarie Fell, Mochrum Fell and Derry Hill, descending South through gated fields to minor road (via Carlin Standing stone)alongside Elrig Loch entering field via gate at NX32005 48625 eventually arriving at small Loch.
