Callop round via the Cona Glen path.Everything bone dry today other than the path through the forest from the dam on descent.ARM25/05/2023
From Callop. double Graham route. Did route clockwise as the weather was forecast to be better in the afternoon..and it was. Forest was very boggy, in fact yesterday the suction of the mossy bog on my lightweight boots sucked the sole almost off, leaving just 1 inch attached, so abandoned and did today with 3 season boots.Jhimmy23/03/2023
From N walked over to Geal Charn, W of Glenfinnan to meet Graham, my lift. Not sure these two are ever done together!davechaffey17/03/2023
From parking just off A830 for a round of Glas Bheinn, Meall nan Damh and WT.rhalstead14/10/2022
From Callop. Clockwise route doing Glas Bheinn first. Using the track that heads east just before top of main track. Probably the only viable route through forestation. Bit boggy in places but not too bad. Up easy slopes to summit. Perfect weather, clear blue skies and warm but not hot.Jossker10/09/2022
From Meall nan Damh. Very easy stroll. Caught up by fell runner Don plus dog approaching the trig. Visited both summits. Descended NW to the corner of the forestry by the stream confluence, through the broken section of the deer fence, onto the muddy, mossy track through the plantation which then joins the main track back to Callop.Owen B28/08/2022

From NW - CP just off A830. Unmapped track thru' forest NM 9192 7724 to NM 9257 7653 ends just over FB. Must cross Allt a'Choire Chruinn after which deer fence cut thru'carole engel25/08/2022
From Callop - followed Cona Glen path to highest point and then ascended the SW ridge to the W top and then the summit of Meall nan Damh. Stunning inversion today. Relatively straightforward to Glas Bheinn. Secret for an easy descent is then to find the head of the track starting at the Dam/Bridge. As mentioned by others the 'track' through the forest is deteriorating badly but it's better than any alternative!benalder28418/12/2021
From Calllop, part of a three day foray into Ardgour and Loch Shiel.Grinner12/06/2021
A very fine walk, nice hills. From Callop using the bridge and forestry track to get to the NE ridge of Meall nan Damh. A little tussocky to start but soon improves to decent grass, a good ridge walk, steep in places. Nice easy stroll from the W to E summit then on to Glas Bheinn. The descent is fairly smooth going. But wouldn't it be nice if the FC would invest in a better placed gate to allow access back to the track? Covid update: good luck finding a space in the car park amongst the camper vans and crowds sitting around folding tables set for breakfast.Gill02/05/2021

Ascent of Glas Bheinn then Meall nan Damh. Followed track from Callop, was unable to cross stream at dam, so backtracked 250metres to bridge over stream, followed boggy but well-marked forest track to east end of woods, then directly ascended dryish slopes of Glas Bheinn. Then crossed flat bealach to Meall nan Damh. Decided to return to aforesaid bealach then head for bridge and small dam at entry to woods, then retraced steps to Callop.willyross29/10/2019
From Meall nan Damh in mist. Descent to forestry corner at hydro scheme and on access track back to Callop path.MichaelF21/09/2019

Trig revisit. Up from NNE, Callop, bridge and rough track to hydro intake then straight up. Fine but chilly day.RHW13/10/2013
From Callop car park, up new heavy duty track to about 130m elevation, then turn left onto a rough track that descends to a bridge over Allt na Cruaiche and through the forest and biting clegs to the open hillside. Nice ascent on short grass and thin heather. Onward along easy ridge to Meall nan Damh.Topographer5713/07/2013
round of 3 druim tarsuinn, meall nan damh, and glas bheinn from callop.robertphillips13/03/2013
Date shown above is first visit - was last hill of a long circuit from Callop. Recent examination of GPS trace shows that I didn't visit the summit! (going instead to the trig point). Revisited on 04/12/16, approaching on bike along Cona Glen making sure I visited the summit this time!!raffemeister14/04/2012

From M nan Damh. A very long drop on firm to a broad bealach at 13.20. Uphill on gentle slopes to trig 9717 at 14.00. Higher top is 100m to the west. A few stones on the highest boulder. My sixth and last Marilyn with this name. Viaduct in view and the Ban. |Gently down on rough ground, hidden boulders, slushy bits, deer grass, etc. to cross a fourth deer fence and a stream to an intake. Sloosh in stream to wet hat. New path on top of the pipe harnessing water for the scheme, to track and car at 16.15. 6 3/4 hrs.arranc04/07/2011
