Tracks all the way to the summit area from just north of the car park. Hp in trees. With Jill.Dangerous Dave13/07/2022
Flattish area in pines to west of firebreak. Free carpark at end of public road, then n on road to join track SE uphill. Cut into woods. On to Drummannoch.Denise 17/04/2022
The track starting just north of the carpark leads almost to the summit, from where it is a simple walk through the conifers to the top. Nice descent SE to a cottage where we met the owner having breakfast and then a path to Almorness House.summitter07/09/2019
Approach on forest tracks, the track to the east is very overgrown and barely esists. Top possible needle covered rocky outcrop as described by Jon. Left via track to the west a lt easier.cjo30/07/2017
After returning from Hestan Island. Followed track form Almorness Ho to Cocklehaen whence easily up through mixed woodland... until it becomes dense conifer woodland after which a thrash. Sensed a rocky top but dense layer of pine needles masked any feature - not a pleasant top. Decided to retrace steps back to Almorness Ho to regain road back to CP at NX 8216 5434.jonglew07/04/2017
From Almorness car park. Track through woods ends south west of the top - a thrash from then on. Top seemed to be marked by a large flat boulder.Colin Crawford17/07/2016
