From road junc to NE, parking at cattle grid. Along Dere Street and up to Woden Law first, then across to here on lovely tracks mainly. On to Raeshaw Fell, Standard Knowe (subtump), Langside Law, Hangingshaw Hill (subtump) and return for a pleasant 9.3km round.jonglew25/01/2023
5/7 Parked at Buckham's Bridge CP, to do a circular walk visiting Fullhope Edge and Bell Hill, both available as no firing in lambing season. Unfortunately, Whar Moor was closed due to deer stalking. Then down to Blindburn, before following the quad bike track / bridleway over Yearning Law to the mountain refuge hut. Then hopping between England and Scotland along the border fence picking up Raeshaw Fell and Blackhall Hill. Left the border just before Brownhart Law (previously summited) to head ENE along the bridleway across Deel's Hill and back to Buckhams Bridge. A splendid high level route, with only one major descent and re-ascent at Blindburn. Very grey and windy all day. 21km with 890m ascent, taking 5h 20m.silveracorn_alan13/05/2022

Then Brownhart Law, Blackhall Hill, Raeshaw Fell, Lamb Hill, Callaw Cairn, Beefstand Hill, Mozie Law, Windy Rig, Windy Gyle, Ward Law and Shorthope Hill before returning to my car below Barrow Burn before returning to collecting Adrian Dust’ s car back at our start.
