With Stephen and Ben from quarry east of Craik as part of Romans and Reivers trail. Only one car so returned pretty much the same way.SS22/06/2023
Parked at Craik followed the Roman and Reivers route. Onto Ladshws Fell following the fence line.Andrew Simmons28/08/2021
Bagged while walking the Romans and Reivers long-distance path from Hawick to Ae. This was day two - 18 miles from near Roberton, through Craik Forest, to Eskdalemuir. Excellent Roman Road (dry, hard, smooth) right up one side, then perfectly good tracks down the other. No hard going or rough ground at all. Wet weather. OS map route varied from signposts west of summit. Not a soul seen all day.Toby-and-Dion16/06/2021
Parked trackside (NT 3271 0270). Break running WNW, then N for Stock Hill first. Followed fence round to Ladshaw Fell. Continued along fence to here. Picked up Ladder Law on the return. Rough going all the way.jonglew01/03/2021

Last of five on a round from Craik and a welcome summit, after much rough going along the watershed. Nice bit of satire, Fasgadh.Colin Crawford11/01/2019
Two car linear walk with mae, Loch Tima to Jamestown. 13 hills, 9.5 hours. Very heavy going on ungrazed vegetation. No tree problems encountered (except where we diverted from route to utilise forest roads).jimbloomer27/09/2017
