Parked at cattle grid, end of public road (NT 3818 0527). Good vehicle track to Hislop, then up to Rowantree Hill, on to Byehass Hill and from there took a break starting NT 3469 0363 following it round to NT 3490 045 whence headed WNW up to the top. Severe windthrow for final ~150m. On to Pike Hill and Hazelhope Hill for an interesting 14.1k round over mainly rough, wet, tussocky ground with plenty of windthrow to be navigated, with AR.jonglew17/02/2022

P road end at Howpasley. Track to FB W of Pike Hill. Now clear felled. Back down to track and onwards to Mid Rig. Mature trees better than FB.chrisbien12/09/2020
Second of five from Craik. Summit in trees, old and gnarly, but possibly not for much longer, as felling in progress all around.Colin Crawford11/01/2019
