Parked at disused quarry (NT 3771 2111) for a round of 7 hills. Shaw's, Helmburn, Hutlerburn and Caver's Hills first then continued SW to edge of forest and followed that S to Caver's Sike then a direct line up to here. On to Dodhead Mid and Under Hills for a 14k round over some good and bad ground and copious wind throw.jonglew07/02/2022
Parked at NT37702 21102 in old quarry just before Ettrickshaws farm. Headed out through the farm and used farm track which takes all the way to Hart Horns. Back tracked to pick up forest road @NT384 198 to lead around to Dodhead Mid Hill. The last section was walking along grassy firebreaks then into the conifers. From this Top onto Dodhead Under Hill again using forest tracks which were little more than firebreaks. Dropped off this Top to pick up the road to Ettrickshaws farm.Andrew Simmons24/06/2021
