| Complicated but straightforward from Quarry Hill once out of Dreva Wood. Crossed burn at dam via waymarked path and picked up a track fromNT159374 which led steeply all the way to the top - turn left at the top of the long steep pech beside the deer fence. Summit recently replanted and is beside the start of a tower(guess: broadband microwave relay under construction) Great descent, worth the push up. Back to the t junction at the top of the pech up and straight on, go past the Harrowhope ruin and you get a long downhill most of the way to Stobo village. Very scenic | fasgadh | 18/08/2020 |
